Scholarships at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance

In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, Trinity Laban is offering a scholarship to one postgraduate music student from each of the following countries: India, Malaysia and Turkey. Applicants would be automatically considered post-audition.

The scholarship programme offers financial support of a minimum of £10,000 to students pursuing one year postgraduate study in the UK. Students can apply for courses in a range of subjects, at the 41 institutions across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Applicants wishing to apply for a Trinity Laban GREAT Scholarship should apply for their chosen course through the usual application routes, and you will be automatically considered based on your audition and eligibility.

Loveday Scholarship – For postgraduate music students.

Derek Butler Scholarship – For postgraduate music students.

In order to be eligible, you must have undertaken your undergraduate studies in the UK. The Derek Butler Scholarship is not open to students who are progressing from postgraduate studies at another institution

Alfred and Therese Kitchin Scholarship – For undergraduate or postgraduate piano students.

Kathleen Roberts Vocal Scholarship – For postgraduate vocal students.

Violet Wright Scholarship – For undergraduate or postgraduate violin students.

Archer Scholarship – For jazz instrumentalists.

Gladys Bratton – For undergraduate or postgraduate music students.

Alan Niekirk Scholarship – For postgraduate music students.

Dance Entrance Awards

BA Contemporary dance students will be considered at the point of audition

Mirella Bartrip Scholarship

Available to two UK students on BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance programme.

Trinity College London Scholarships

BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance students will be considered at the point of audition

Please note there is no separate application process for undergraduate dance funding. You will be automatically considered at the point of audition.

Leverhulme Arts Scholarships

Available to postgraduate Dance students on one of the following programmes:

• MA/MFA Choreography

• MA/MFA Creative Practice

• MA/MFA Dance Performance

Audrey Wethered Scholarship

Available for a postgraduate dance applicant

Lisa Ullman Trust Dance Scholarships
Available for a Postgraduate Dance applicant
